Our Story
Founded on love, driven by purpose
NELFAM was established to fill a critical gap in Uganda's support system for children with developmental disabilities. What started as a small family initiative has grown into a nationally recognised organisation serving hundreds of families across Uganda.
We believe every child — regardless of ability — deserves access to quality education, specialised healthcare, and a community that embraces them fully.
